My mommy has great friends! We were invited to join them on Labor Day for a Pirates game vs the Atlanta Braves. I was very excited to finally see PNC Park and "E" was able to come along, too!
What? Our tickets are actually for a luxury box suite?! Now this is the way to do it!
With Mommy in the suite before she turned me loose to explore the place. It was so nice to have my own space to run and play, when I wasn't watching the game (of course).
We arrived before everyone else so Mommy took a few pictures of
PNC Park. It is one of the best ball parks in the country, with amazing views of the city and the Allegheny river.
Got my snack, got my Dad...and the game begins! I sat in my Daddy's lap to watch and he explained the rules of baseball to me. I think this is the first of many baseball games together for me and my Dad!
I think I really like this game!
What a perfect day! Beautiful weather, luxury box tickets (free courtesy of Mommy's friends' firm- thanks, Janet and Dustin!), yummy food, a little friend to play with in the suite, the Pirates WON (rare) and I even got a pin to commemorate my first visit to
PNC park (see shirt collar below)!
All the excitement wore me out and I decided to take a snooze on the way home. We had an amazing day at the ball park!
The whole family by the falls! We had a fantastic weekend away in Niagara!
